The Jones Stratos Snowboard is a versatile all-terrain freerider, ideal for all-conditions freeriding and carving. This hybrid all-mountain board features a directional freeride shape and a playful, energetic board feel. New for this season, it includes a BComp Carbon Flax Stringer, which gives the board extra snap and response, allowing you to carve and blast through any terrain.
Jones Directional Rocker - A hybrid rocker/camber flex pattern defined by more tip rocker then tail rocker and slight camber between the bindings. The rocker tip gives the nose added float and improves maneuverability while the camber underfoot gives you added edge hold and response. A slightly rocker tail maintains the power and stability of a traditional board but helps keep the tail catch-free initiating turns and landing switch.

FSC Power Core - Triple density full wood core featuring hardwood bamboo stringers for added pop and durability, plus paulownia to keep the weight down.
Biax Fiberglass - A dual-direction, dual layer, stitched fiberglass laminate that provides a fun and forgiving ride due to its tensile strength, reliability and snappy response.
BComp Carbon Flax Stringer - BComp Carbon / Flax stringers offer the perfect performance balance as the carbon provides crazy pop and the flax sucks up chatter and reduces CO2 emissions compared to a full carbon stringer. Developed in collaboration with the Swiss engineering firm BComp.
Sintered 8000 Base - New super durable material made form Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) and carbon. Base is easily repairable, highly wax absorbent and wicked fast.
